Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year Epping Elementary School teachers! We are so excited to see all the returning faces and meet new ones!

Epping Elementary is a great school in a growing community. The Epping Elementary School (EES) PTO is very excited to partner with you, the administration, teachers and staff to build an even better school and experience for our students. Being successful in the world today requires that we, the PTO, help our school grow and prosper through participation and funding. We cannot do it alone.

What is the PTO?

The EES Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) drives community events and fundraisers through the year to support our agreed upon strategic goals. You have great ideas to keep learning engaging and innovative for our children and we realize that funding is not often available. The money raised by the PTO may help bridge the gap.

2024-2025 Goals for the PTO

  • BUILD A STRONG COMMUNITY – Build an integrated community between the school, staff, teachers, students, parents and other key stakeholders

  • PROMOTE INNOVATION – Align with the strategic goals of the school by supporting professional development and project-based learning that transform the experience of each student and teacher

  • SUPPORT TECHNOLOGY – Drive fundraising (through events, business sponsorships and grants) that will allow us to get more technology into the hands of our teachers and students

  • MAKE YOUR JOBS EASIER BY REMOVING ROADBLOCKS AND THE PROCESS SMOOTHER!

BOOKMARK THE EES PTO WEBSITE: www.eppingpto.com – the EES PTO website will keep you entirely up to date on everything PTO and school related. Events are also shared in the weekly News in the Nest.

SUBMIT YOUR SPECIAL BUDGET REQUEST: Teachers and staff can submit a special budget request to the PTO. Examples include requests that compliment school day experiences like field trips, arts programs, playground equipment; requests that support annual enrichment activities; or requests that provide ongoing or multi-week enrichment programs. Submit your request in writing to the PTO. All requests should:

  • Have a clear purpose.

  • Address a specific need of the Epping Elementary School community.

  • Benefit many Epping Elementary School students.

  • Benefit a particular subgroup, special population, or address closing the achievement gap in the Epping Elementary community.

  • Have no other avenue for funding (district, school, corporate, parent, etc.) or have matching funds from other sources.

  • Have support from other Epping Elementary community members.
